These were an easy install and seem to be a quality product. If you like loud, you'll like these pipes, they sound great.

man there load,everyone behind me can't stand them.I love them(started to vibrate a little on the right pipe)sounds like a lifter noise,try peratex again,and let it set up this time.HAAA!!HAAA!!

Awesome pipes. Installed with Big city Thunder baffles. Couldn't be happier. I never thought an S50 could sound this mean!

just installed the pipes on my vs 800 last week .they installed easy .they look great and sound great .took out the baffles like that sound better .

The pipes sound amazing and the quality in incredible. I love the sound (although I am sure that my neighbours don't). Love these pipes.

I recieved them within 1 week after I placed my order. They came from CA, I live in IL. The quality is excellent. About an hour to install. I took out the baffles and they sound great!

I have been very happy with my CM2's. I have added Thunder Monsters and am VERY happy with the sound and performance that was added (also rejetted/K & N's). They ARE loud. I would have rated these pipes higher as the quality of the pieces themselves warrant it...excellent chrome...great design. The right side pipe however is not an exact fit due to where the mounting boss was welded...thus the pipe doesn't fit as snug to the head pipe as I would have liked. Left side is excellent...go figure. The main drawback to these pipes however was dealing with CM2 directly. I waited 9 weeks...yes, 9 weeks, for my pipes to arrive. After trying repeatedly to reach CM2 (unable to reach them 90% of the time), I finally made it through and was told my pipes had shipped...only to find out weeks later they had 'lost' the order. ???? Finally received them like I say after 9 weeks of patiently waiting. Chroming/quality = 5 stars, fit = 3 stars, customer service/promptness = negative stars. :)

Finding a provider of quality pipes is rare. If you're into tuning, you'll know that finding an exhaust maker that also offers a MATCHED filter + jet kit is even rarer, even in the sports bike world! These arrived in England in under two weeks. I have an extremely critical eye, being an engineer, and I happy to confirm the quality of the pipes is superb and far surpasses the alternatives I've seen. I asked questions by email and got prompt, friendly replies. Which I pass on here: These pipes use the existing headers, when you order, specifying "1" on the ordering page will get you a pair of pipes. What isn't obvious from the web site is that these pipes do not use any clamp clamps to connect to the header pipes, they are bonded on. This gives a very clean look! I thoroughly recommend the pipes and the stage 2 kit as a bundle. They look great and sound great.

After my previous 1 star rating, I promised I would change the rating if I ever got the pipes sucessfully installed. It has been a long, expensive journey, but I'm almost there. The last remaining issue is with the pipe resting against the chrome brake cable shield, which has already cost me a new brake cable because the last one melted due to excessive heat! I just got the bike back from the shop for tuning on a dyno. The mechanic said the bike ran an looked better than any VS800 he's tuned. Note also that I installed Thunder Monsters, which helps overcome the loss of back pressure. Anyway, I rate these pipes a 5 for looks and sound, and a 1 for fit and hassle with installation, not to mention the original problems I had actually getting the correct product shipped. So I averaged the overall rating to a 3.

The final pre-production set of these are on my bike and they still look and sound great. Just had the top-end cammed and ported and it sounds like pure hell on wheels now. Truly a one-of-a-kind sound. I'll eventually get the Nasty Twins when I get bored with these.

Great sounding pipes, easy to install, increased the performance of my engine after I rejetted with the CM2 stage 2 jet kit. I removed the baffles and these pipes ROCK!! People really turn their head to look at me when I cruise by them. They really give me the sound I was looking for in a pipe. I would recommend these pipes 100% really makes my bike sound like a classic cruiser now. I tossed my cobras in the trash. Busted

Great quality pipes at a good price. Installation took less than a half hour with just a set of sockets. Delivery was fast. Louder than the Jardine fishtail slip-ons that were on my bike, but the sound is good.
