My first two tanks averaged 170 km's or just over 100 miles and the reserve light was flashing. ??????

i have a 2008 m109 i can get 180 to 200 miles out of a tank of gas. i have heard of other people getting horrible gas mileage to but for various reasons. something doesn't sound right.
FOR BEST RESULTS TWIST HARD AND HOLD!

Hey I get horrible gas mileage, but that's all due to my right hand. That power is just addictive.

I usually get around 160-170 miles on a tank as long as I'm being "reasonable"  with the throttle. Just did GMan Bully and Intakes, so now we'll see how I do.

I have that problem with mine to  The M109 is made to be ridden like you stole it  If I would have just wanted to put put I would have bought me an EG

My reserve light starts flashing around 140 miles, this with the power commander set at max output.

i have a 07 m109r i get 225 miles before i have to start looking for fuel all of the power commanders,customs pipes,fancey air breather dont work so why do those mods-they dont increarse your fuel milage,your right hand does that.stock air cleaner for my ride,stock spark plugs,engine oil well i will let you take a guess-and it is not 20-50 nether,i change my engine oil ever 2000 miles, and i run a dunnie elite 3 250 rear tire on my ride if you want to know what type of engine oil i use send me a messsage and i will be glad to tell you you might be surpprized Edited by millwright on Jul 20, 2010 at 08:19 PM
